These guys are great. Shamrock Properties is so easy to work with, they always have my best interest in mind. In 2016, they started out managing one property for me in Charlotte, NC., when we moved out of state.
It’s great not having calls on the weekend or after hours that the plumbing is broken or the air conditioning is out. In addition, if there is something that needs to be done to the property, like an upgrade or improvement, ShamProp takes care of that with ease getting estimates and scheduling the work–that’s what they do.

Shamrock Properties, LLC, is the best thing that ever happened to me.
